After everyone has arrived and had a chance to refresh, we kick off the CIBC with cocktails and a festive Welcome Dinner in the Havana Room at 7:30pm, with a live Latin Orchestra and dancing.
Attire: Trendy Caribbean Casual.

We’re going to have to turn in fairly early as our flight is an early one in the morning!

Pkg A holders will rendez-vous with Pkg B holders for lunch at La Divina Pastora. Enjoy authentic Cuban Cuisine, a welcome mojito and fabulous city views.

Check in is not until 4pm at the Hotel Nacional, so after lunch we are going to whisk you away to a cultural exchange activity. We will arrive to the Hotel Nacional de Cuba at 4pm with a welcome mojito in the patio gardens.
Get settled in your room and explore the hotel.

Dinner and dancing with musicians from Buena Vista Social Club and Cultural exchange with Cuban professional Dance Company at the hotel swimming pool.

An afternoon free to shop, sightsee or explore on your own
7:30pm Bus to Dinner at the world famous Tropicana Night Club. Attire: Men – Sports Jacket and Tie required. No jeans. Women – Elegant dress

Sunday – April 17, 2016

7:00am – 10:00am Breakfast at La Veranda
Package A Holders

11:00am Check out. You have a few hours to sunbathe at the pool or some last minute shopping. Lunch is on your own. Go to old Havana. There are many restaurants to choose from and Kiyoshi’s recommendation is to stop by Habana 1791 and make your own perfumes.
1:15pm Package A participants will board the buses to Jose Marti Airport and return to the U.S.

9:00am Depart after breakfast
9:00am – 2:00pm Board the bus travel to the Melia Las Americas Hotel on beautiful Varadero Beach, with a stop at Puente de Cumanayagua to drink in the breathtaking vistas, endless breeze and refreshing pina coladas and mojitos.
8:00pm Dinner at Mansion Xanadu (the former DuPont residence) – semi-formal dress – with live entertainment on the top floor.
10:00pm Showtime.

Monday – April 18, 2016

Relaxation day – Pearl of the Caribbean – Varadero Beach.

Breakfast Buffet in the hotel at your leisure.

Relax at the beach – a free day for shopping and sightseeing. Enjoy lunch on your own, bask on the beach, peruse the local bazaar, sightsee, or sail and fish the azure blue seas

7:30pm Dinner and Show

Free night to enjoy the nightlife. Meet your friends in the lobby floor nightclub bar.
